Terms of Supply & Commercial Service Agreement
Terms of supply, OEM/ODM production standards, payment methods, inspection protocols, and international shipping terms for Jinjiang Bojun Garment Co., Ltd.
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy
Standard OEM/ODM production MOQ is 500 pcs per style (allowing 2 colorways and up to 5 sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL). For specialized technical fabrics (such as certified 10,000mm 3-layer hardshell laminates or customized botanical sublimation prints), MOQ is pegged to mill fabric batch runs (typically 800 to 1,000 pcs).
2. Sampling Lead Time & Cost Settlement
Proto-samples and size sets are completed in 7 to 10 working days. Sampling costs are 2x to 3x of quoted unit FOB price and are 100% credited back to the customer upon formal purchase order confirmation exceeding 1,000 units.
3. Bulk Production & Delivery Timeline
Standard mass production lead time is 30 to 35 calendar days following Pre-Production (PP) sample sign-off and receipt of down payment. Shipping terms default to FOB Xiamen Port (INCOTERMS® 2020), with optional CIF or DDP delivery upon agreement.
4. Payment Terms & Quality Inspection Standard
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit against signed Proforma Invoice (PI), with the 70% balance payable upon passing final inspection and presentation of Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are supported for institutional volume orders above USD 100,000. All shipments are inspected according to ISO 2859-1 (AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 Minor) with full third-party inspection access (SGS, TÜV, Intertek).
